• Rate quoted in Singapore Dollars, is not inclusive of 10% service charge and 9% prevailing tax

• Guest rooms will be subject to availability upon making reservations

• Check in after 1500hrs/ check out is 12 Noon. Early departure must be notified at least 48hours prior to the day of departure.

• Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations, including in the event of non-arrival or early departure, must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the date of arrival otherwise the cancellation charge equals one night’s accommodation and reserved additional services will be incurred.

• Cancellations over special event dates will need to be received 14 days prior to the arrival date to avoid cancellation fee of the full amount of the stay.
